Your weight and age
The UK newspaper the Mirror has an interesting article about weight on their website (no subscription needed). It has quite a few tips on how to keep your weight under control from your 20s to your 60s. I am not sure whether it’s a good idea to take moviestars and other celebrities as example though, because they are not exactly average humans like you and me. I guess it’s merely a reference point. Anyway, the article is good and I got a bunch of tips that I can use in my life, I am sure you can get some good ideas out of it as well.

Just make a few simple changes to your diet and exercise routine to match the changes that happen to your body each decade.
