Weight Lifting And My Back

This is a little embarrassing for me… Apparently I have been a little too enthusiastic with my recent weight lifting schedule. It took just 3 days for me to hurt my back. I will be unable to do much exercise for a week now, which really makes me unhappy! I am just hoping I can resist eating too much and gain weight, the weight I worked so hard to lose. This all probably sounds depressing, and I admit it doesn’t make me happy, but I am determined to continue my weightloss plans as soon as my back is ready again. Perhaps this is a good time to look into some efficient diets that work well, seeing as I have some spare time now that I can’t do my exercises.
