Lose Weight While You Sleep
I am not joking. I read an article some time ago and in it scientists claim that you lose weight if you sleep long enough. You’ll need to sleep 8 hours or more for it to be effective. According to the scientists humans release a chemical that controls fat cells. Just for fun I am going to try sleeping 9 hours a day and see what the results are after 5 days. I really don’t mind spending a bit more time in bed so this won’t be an issue for me. I’ll keep you posted on my progress.

All of us overweight people would love to have access to a magic pill that solves our weight problems. The popular pill these days is Phentermine, some people report good results with it, I haven’t tried it yet as I am allergic to pills, if you know what I mean.
