Getting back on track

After taking some days off, and sadly eating too much, I am about to start getting back to working on losing weight. The problem with days off is that you are probably going to visit friends, enjoy a beer, eat some snacks. Well perhaps “some” isn’t the right word, I usually end up eating 1000 calories worth of snacks. And the next day I feel horrible when I look at my weight. Afraid of looking in the mirror I quickly run to the fitness room to do some exercising before going to work. I work in an office building and do get jokes thrown at me that involve my weight. Okay after 5 years of hearing them they don’t hurt much anymore, but I can’t say I like it. I suppose it’s something you have to accept and live with……
