I hate myself for not being able to resist the cookies my wife made. They were just too delicious to keep my hands off. My wife was at work, when she got home she found the cookie box completely empty. I think I ate like 20 of them. I felt like slapping myself on the head for being so weak! Funny thing is that my wife apologized for making cookies, I smiled at her and gave her a big kiss. She’s a darling. Today I have barely eaten anything, still have some pain in my back so can’t do much exercise. With some luck I will be able to use the hometrainer again in 2 days.
