Intensive Home Trainer Work Out
Hi people,
I was speaking to a female friend of mine a couple of days ago, and she mentioned she went to the gym and lost 900 calories in 1 hour of intensive home trainer use. I’d say it’s worth trying out if your body can handle it. I really have to train a bit more to be able to do a 1 hour work out. My body isn’t up for it yet, hopefully in a few months. I lost another 300 grams and have managed to NOT eat any candy for a few days now. But damn, I just couldn’t resist those tasty
pancakes my wife made. She told me to sit down and just enjoy them. And she is right, from time to time you have to eat something you really like even if it’s high calorie food. You don’t want to make yourself unhappy.
Speak to you guys later.

Drugs To Battle Overweight
I wanted to warn you guys about the potential risks of certain drugs. There are many people who have been fighting their excess weight for their entire life, with little result. These people can be quite desperate and are willing to do pretty much anything to get rid of their fat. Including purchasing and using drugs that have never been tested, and are not even allowed to be sold. The Internet has brought us many great things but it has also provided scammers with a rather easy tool to communicate with potential victims. They will tell you how great their products are, while in reality they are either dangerous, not tested, or have just no use at all and consist of only ingredients that have no effect on overweight. Please be careful in ordering health-related products from web sites. If in doubt make sure to check with your doctor. Your health is not something you should gamble with.
Yours,
George.
Fat Burning And Exercise
I got several emails from visitors related to fat burning. You’ve seen the many treatments being offered on television and the Internet. I am still of the opinion that fat burning is the most efficient if you eat healthy, drink enough and then exercise. Some people get sick just hearing the word “exercise”. I was one of those, I admit. My wife gave me a home trainer for my birthday a couple years back. I only used it twice. But now that I am working on losing weight I wiped off the dust and put the home trainer in my study. To my wife’s surprise I’ve been using it for a few days now. Obviously I started with small distances and slowly building it up. They say this is a great way to lose some calories. Put on your headphones with some cool music and it makes it all so much easier!
Quick Weight Loss Update
I lost half a kilogram in 2 weeks. Okay, might not sound like much to some of you professional overweight warriors, but it’s pretty good for me. It’s been years, yes years, since I lost any weight. Over the last 6 months i’ve only GAINED weight - so this half a kilo makes me a very happy man. My wife congratulated me this morning. She is such a sweetie!
Next on the agenda are a bunch of weight loss methods that I haven’t tried yet. Those should really kill some of the fat I have. Then again, it also depends on how long I can keep this up. Yesterday I had to fight my urges after seeing some very tasty cookies at the supermarket. I won that battle though, whether I win the war is another question.
Water And Weight Loss
I think I underestimated how important it is to drink plenty of water to lose weight. Scientists advice people to drink about 2 liters of water a day. Water helps flush out nasty toxics and keeps the body functioning smoothly. You’ll need a healthy functioning body to get the maximum results from your weight loss programme. Most people only drink when they are thirsty, but do try to drink at least 8 glasses of water (or similar) each and every day. I find it hard to drink that much but I will do my best for the next few months as I get together a good schedule to lose my excess weight!
